Conversion and Addition to existing garage.  Owner sought to use the small space adjacent to their garage for an ADU in an RD zone with two Single Family Homes on the lot.  Given such tight constraints, we had to design a 2 story ADU.

Given the new laws in 2020, we were able to take advantage decreased setback, spaces between building, and laws allowing ADUs in multifamily developments.
